Read more and applyFollowing the recent addition to the NHS Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme, we are looking for two enthusiastic newly qualified GPs, qualified in last two years and not previously employed in a substantive GP post, to join our team. The role will cover 5 sessions per week, across 2 different practices, (2 sessions per practice and 1 session for CPD/QI), with a focus on same day care. The PCN constitutes 4 practices in the Clifton and Redland area: Pembroke Road Surgery, Whiteladies Medical Centre, The Family Practice Western College, and Students’ Health Services, which are all within a 1-mile radius. We are a highly collaborative PCN, offering a supportive working environment. Our dedicated wellbeing team coordinate a PCN running club, yoga sessions and various events and social activities throughout the year that all staff can choose to participate in.

Read more and applyWe are the largest single sited GP surgery in South Gloucestershire and we seek to appoint a GP for our growing patient population. We are a forward thinking modern GP practice and the successful candidate will join a diverse clinical team including Clinical Pharmacist, Mental Health Practitioner, Paramedic, Physiotherapist, Nurse Practitioners, Physician associates and Minor Illness Nurses. GPs have minimal documents workflow (e.g. docman) and prescription queries due to our bespoke work streams and dedicated admin and patient coordinator teams. All clinical contacts (telephones and face to face) are 15mins with 26 contacts per day. We pride ourselves on providing high quality, patient-centered care in a happy working environment with excellent team work throughout the practice. We have convenient transport links and close by to the M4/5 interchange.
Read more and applyJob summary The post holder is an experienced nurse, who is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care to the practice population using autonomous clinical skills and a broad in depth theoretical knowledge base. The post holder will manage a diverse clinical case load, dealing with the presenting patient’s needs within a primary care setting. They will contribute to developing the nursing services offered by the practice. The practice nurse works independently and contributes to audit, research and supporting, implementing and evaluating local standards, policies, guidelines and care pathways. NMC requirements will be met, and the individual will work within the NMC Code of Conduct to agreed practice standards and protocols. Job responsibilities The post holder is accountable for his/her own practice and will work independently managing their own clinical workload responding effectively to patient needs and ensuring patient choice and ease of access to services. To provide input and advice on evidence-based practice and care interventions within their sphere of knowledge.
