Avon Local Medical Committee is a Data Controller of your information. We collect and use your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We will send you an email if you have signed up for email alerts for positions that you are interested in from this site. These contain links to the jobs that match and also manage your preferences. You are also able to unsubscribe/opt out to these email alerts by using the link within the email we send to you or alternatively by contacting the www.almc.co.uk.

If you choose to find out more about one of the available positions advertised, your IP address will also be shared with us and will be stored on our server, this will be the only information that is stored on this site.

What legal basis do we rely on to process your Personal Information?

The lawful bases for processing are set out in Article 6 of the UK GDPR. At least one of these must apply whenever you process personal data: (a) Consent: the individual has given clear consent for you to process their personal data for a specific purpose.

By using this site, and us asking for your personal data as stated above you are providing us with your consent. For example, we rely on consent when we send you a job alert. We also obtain your consent prior to using your location data to target specific job advertisements. 

Where consent is the only legal basis for processing, we will cease to process data after consent is withdrawn.
