We are seeking a highly capable and results-oriented Interim Financial Controller to join our teamduring a key transitional period. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring strong financial control, delivering timely financial insights, and driving financial efficiency. Main duties of the job

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Leadership Team, you will provide essential oversight of our financial operations, maintain governance and compliance, and support our strategic financial objectives. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a leader who thrives on making a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:o Lead day-to-day financial management, ensuring robust financial governance and compliance.o Provide detailed financial reports, forecasts, and insights to the Leadership Team.o Oversee budget management and monitor financial performance across the organisation.o Lead the production of interim reports, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.o Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.o Drive the adoption of an advanced digital financial system.o Mentor and support the Budgets and Accounts Manager, helping them develop and manage financial operations effectively.o Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and manage risk
