The team at Mendip Vale Medical Group (MVMG) delivers a Partner led service across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucester. Serving around 85,000 patients across 10 sites we have a high calibre workforce delivering innovative care. With an upcoming retirement and further expansion planned we are seeking exceptional Managers to join our practice over the coming year.

We are a high-achieving and well-organised practice; we embrace a Multi-Disciplinary Team approach to care provision with advanced practitioners, clinical pharmacists, physiotherapists, pharmacy technicians, physicians associates, mental health practitioners and social prescribers all working together to give our patients seamless, safe and effective care.

Changes made from merging and working more effectively have enabled us to make investment into our buildings. The Langford site is an impressive modern facility, purpose built in 2013, with great parking and equipment. The St Georges site is a wonderful 2012 purpose-built surgery with all the facilities to make your working environment enjoyable. Sunnyside Surgery is well placed in Clevedon with an attached pharmacy, serving patients living in Clevedon and the surrounding villages. We have completed a c£1m extension to our Monks Park site, updating to Sunnyside site and a full refurbishment of the Yatton site, all with the latest design fit for the provision of modern health care. At Southmead we are working with NHS Property Services to update facilities. Our Coniston surgery is due to undergo an extension and refurbishment which makes our estate one of the newest and brightest in the southwest. Sea Mills is new into the group, and we are working with the team to bring all benefits to working at scale and sharing of resources across the group.

MVMG is a thriving GMS practice with very high QOF achievement and will see income of over £20 million for the current financial year.
