Performance Management Specialist (General Practice) - Wellington Road Family Practice

Job summary

Wellington Road Family Practice is a community-focused healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Performance Management Specialist to help drive our practices efficiency and ensure optimal performance in line with contractual and clinical targets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for data, IT systems, and healthcare performance management.

Working hours are 15 hours per week - with some elements of remote working.

Main duties of the job

As the Performance Management Specialist, you will play a key role in monitoring, reporting, and analysing the core performance of Wellington Road Family Practice. You will be responsible for ensuring that we meet our contractual obligations (including QOF, IIF, LES/DES) through effective data collection and reporting processes.
